Established in 2009 by Paramata Saradhi, Andhra Dining is more than just a restaurant – it's a culinary journey infused with passion and tradition. Saradhi's story began when he embarked on a journey from India to Japan for his studies in 1998. Amidst the bustling streets of Japan, he found himself yearning for the tastes and aromas of home. Disconnected from his Indian roots, Saradhi longed for the comfort of familiar flavors and the warmth of his community. It was this longing that ignited his adventure.
Driven by his love for Indian cuisine, Saradhi embarked on a quest to share the authentic flavors of Andhra Pradesh, his homeland. Armed with an array of spices and a passion for Andhra cuisine, what started as sharing his home cooked dishes among friends soon evolved into a mission to introduce Japan to the rich tapestry of South Indian flavors and create a sense of community.
